ACCOMMODATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to make a reservation at the Galaxy Hotel, some of your personal data is required – name, address, phone number. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the legal acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will only be used in connection with your booking and will not be provided for any other purpose.
Guests of the GALAXY hotel check-in after 2:00 p.m. Rooms are vacated by 11:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and are subject to an additional charge.
Check-in at the hotel is done by presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the user who made the reservation.
Pets are not allowed on the hotel grounds.
You can pay for overnight stays and other services provided to you by the GALAXY hotel in cash, with a credit or debit card, according to the rates in effect at the hotel.
Pre-booking a room is free. Reservations are confirmed upon payment of an advance in the amount of 50% of the reservation value and receipt of the amount on the Hotelier’s account within 7 days before check-in. The remaining 50% is to be paid at the reception upon check-in.
The guest can continue his stay in the hotel if there are free places. The payment of the additional nights is according to the hotel’s tariff.
All cancellations of reservations must be made in writing, sent to email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling tel.: 0888363536.
If a guest is late for more than 24 hours, their reservation will be canceled without notice.
The overnight stay is paid in full, regardless of how many hours the guest stayed at the hotel.
In case of early termination of your stay, you must notify the reception by 2 p.m. on the day preceding the termination. The stay after the regulated check-out time is paid according to the hotel’s rates.
If you cancel a reservation up to 7 days before the day of arrival, your amount will be fully refunded (if you used a bank transfer).
A last minute cancellation is considered as such if made up to 24 hours before 12:00 on the day of arrival.
Cancellation of a reservation for public holidays is accepted up to 14 days before the day of arrival.
Compensation for the Covid situation
In the event of a Covid-19 situation after the expiration of the period for free cancellation of the reservation, the customer has the right to choose between one of the following options, for which he must inform the Hotelier in writing within a period of time until the end of the emergency situation (lock down):
To change the dates of the stay for other dates convenient for him, with the possibility of accommodation within 12 months from the date of cancellation, by absorbing the prepaid amount of the reservation according to the current price conditions of the changed period.
If the customer does not wish to change the dates and does not wish to use the service, he owes a reservation penalty in the amount of 50% of the reservation value, and the Hotelier is obliged to return the rest of the prepaid amount within 30 days after receiving the notification to the Customer for the choice made.
The hotelier reserves the right to change the policy for reservations and cancellations, in case of legal changes or express instructions of state authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria in the event of a Covid situation.
